Chili Lime Chimichurri

Chimichurri is a delicious blend of herbs, aromatics, olive oil and an acid that is very versatile in nature. Use this wonder mixture to top grilled meats, seafood, poultry and more. It’s even delicious as a salad dressing, sandwich spread or taco topper.
Serving Amount
  • 1 cup firmly packed fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves

  • 3 to 4 garlic cloves

  • 2 fresh cilantro, chopped

  • 13 cup olive oil

  • 2 lime juice

  • 1 red chili pepper, seeds removed (use half to reduce spice level)

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Step 1

    In a blender, combine all ingredients until smooth. Drizzle on top of your favorite food.
